Today I caught myself smiling for no reason and realized I was thinking about you. Monday, June 6, 2011. My mom served our family this dessert this year, and it has become my new favorite. It's a light dessert and perfect for summer. It's a meringue base with cream and fruit piled on top. When done right, the middle should be a little marshmallowy and so delicious.
