Kaleidoscopic Kara: June 2014
http://kaleidoscopickara.blogspot.com/2014_06_01_archive.html
Tuesday, June 17, 2014. Salute to the Troops. A big thank you to all the men and women of the armed services who serve our country. Thursday, June 12, 2014. Beauty and the Beast. By now we have established that I love musical theater so it should be no surprise to anyone that I would not want to miss the only Broadway show performing at Wolf Trap this summer, Beauty and the Beast. Especially if tickets are only going to cost me $13. That's a steal of a deal for a show! Truly a tale as old as time.

Kaleidoscopic Kara: And All That Jazz
http://kaleidoscopickara.blogspot.com/2015/04/and-all-that-jazz.html
Wednesday, April 1, 2015. And All That Jazz. I figured what better way to celebrate Valentine's Day then going to see Chicago. A musical about women who murder their husbands. Cause when your single you don't want to celebrate this day by watching a sappy love story right? I'm so glad Anne came with me to the show and we were able to catch up over lunch. Probably because I have no life. Blah. I do have some news. We move next week! Okay, I can't talk about this anymore. Of course you do. INFO 203: Just a introductory course on how to do online school, I have to have it finished before Sep 20-something, but I want to get it done before any of my other classes get start...

Kaleidoscopic Kara: Snow Day
http://kaleidoscopickara.blogspot.com/2015/04/snow-day.html
Wednesday, April 1, 2015. Frosty didn't waste any time. There was 8 inches of snow on the ground when I went out for a walk after working from home 8 hours. Crazy! But the kids outside loved making snowmen one last time. I had a little bit of fun with my roommates cars as well ⛄️. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Small, beautiful events. Friday, June 27, 2014. I have been reading up on and embracing (in small steps) a more minimalist lifestyle. Minimalism, you say. And a picture like this might come into your mind. A white room with hardly anything in it. Here is my list of 4 Most Important Things:. 1 The Gospel of Jesus Christ. 2 Family and friends (or important people in my life if you want to make it one thing). 4 Hobbies (books and art). Here is a list of things I got rid of as a result of my first list:.

Small, beautiful events. Wednesday, August 27, 2014. This will probably be the hardest post I will ever write. It’s about something that I have struggled with for over ten years. Something that is really hard to admit I have struggle with. I have an addiction to pornography. The first priesthood holder I talked about it with was my branch president in the MTC. During my mission I was fine because I had no access. It’s pretty easy to avoid something you have no access to. I loved my mission. For you. ...
