The life of an untamed pixie. May 31, 2006. Holy crap its been a crazy week! After I gave blood thursday I came down with a cold two days later, which nicely coincided with my first day at work. So every shift I've had so far I've been sick as a dog. I don't want to jinx it but I might be getting better.of course I think I'm doing like an 8 hour count at a Hull Loblaws tomorrow, that will kill anyone. The life of an untamed pixie. July 08, 2006. Alas, here I sit trying to think of something to write for my inquiring audiences, yet nothing comes to mind. Been doing the usual lately. Working, tanning, shopping, injuring myself, you know normal Katie stuff. I recently bought a new watch and some shoes (see picture below). I'm afraid I'm starting to turn into a girly girl (too much hanging around Casey! Lol) But something tells me I still have a long way to go. ;). Well, I think I'm going to go watch.

It's a little intimidating at first but the whole thing is such a non event. Nothing much to it really. Go in, get iron tested, fill out forms, get asked many questions (the best of which: "have you ever had sex with a man who has had sex with a man after 1977? Lol- I hesitated. hehe kidding! Then they sit you down and jab you with a needle and away you go!
