Thursday, January 16, 2014. Fighting a losing battle. I don't always understand why God does the things He does. But to be honest, He's God, I'm not and my lack of understanding of Him or His ways doesn't make Him any less big, any less sovereign or any less good. In light of the gospel, isn't this true as well? Didn't Jesus come to earth as a man to live, die and fight for the lives of many who would never choose Him, who would never know Him, and many who would never even know His name? Love of my Life.

Monday, March 26, 2012. Things in life and on the adoption front are moving along. It has caused my anger and hurt to fizzle and has allowed me to forgive. It has also taught me that I need to just shut up sometimes. This is one of those times. Start pursuing adoption through the Foster system. After 2 years of roadblocks with the Foster system, we prayerfully change directions towards international adoption. Our hearts are leading us to Africa. June 1, 2011. After LOTS of research we've narrowed our search down to Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda or Ghana. June 10, 2011. Our friend, Julianne.
