He’s still on a 3-hour schedule, so I’m definitely not just sitting round doing nothing, but it’s just been so much calmer. A newborn is just so flexible. Wednesday, July 23, 2008. 2 8 oz boxes of cream cheese, softened. 8 oz crushed pineapple, drained. 2 Tbsp onion, finely chopped. 1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped. 1/4 tsp seasoned salt. 2 cups pecans, finely chopped and separated into 2 separate cups. Mix everything but 1 cup of the pecans. Mash and mush it together. Take out and form. Roll cheeseball in remaining cup of pecans. I love this cheeseball! Thursday, June 26, 2008.
