Ryan made this the other night, I think almost all of the ingredients I swiped from my parent's house. :) It was soooo good:. 1 can nacho cheese soup. 1 can cream of chicken. 1 c cooked chicken. 1 can enchilada sauce. 1 - 4 oz. can diced green chiles. 1 can black beans drained/rinsed. 1 can corn or frozen. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan; mix well. Cook until heated over medium heat about 10 minutes. Garnish with tortilla chips and cilantro. Thursday, October 23, 2008.

Monday, February 22, 2010. Matt and I spent President's Day weekend in Chicago for our Babymoon. Saturday we went to Shedd Aquarium, ordered pizza and were in bed watching the Olympics by 8:00pm. It was wonderful to relax and stock up on sleep (if only it worked that way). Sunday we did some shopping, went out for a nice Valentine's dinner, and to a play. We had a great time together.
