Miles for Mitzie: January 2013
http://milesformitzie.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Fighting ovarian cancer one mile at a time. Sunday, January 27, 2013. Challenge #4: Water Only At Restaurants. Okay folks, this is it for the first month of challenges! If you've been playing along, then you should take some pride in the fact that you are now up to at least 3 whole glasses of water a day - at the least! http://milesformitzie.blogspot.com/2013/03/challenge-10-eat-apple-day.html

Try apples with peanut butter, almond butter (tastes just like peanut butter), hazlenut butter (though look for one where sugar is not the first ingredient listed), apples dipped in honey flavored greek yogurt, hummus, or just a plain old fresh apple.
