Miles to go before (b4) I sleep. I can't run anymore. How can I be a triathlete without running? Sure, it's a friend of which I had a love/hate relationship. But at least I could choose to hate it or love it. Now, I have no choice at all. It's like a break-up you knew was going to happen- even wanted to happen- but when it happened, you actually wanted to go back and change things. Occurred all summer when I ignored the pressure on the inside of the knee and attributed it to scar tissue. I'm not there yet.
