Saturday, August 30, 2014. The boys are sharing a room in the new house . . . per their request. We debated between bunk beds and sharing a bed for a while, then ultimately settled on these low bunks from IKEA. The bunks have been great! Please ignore the blanket we're using as a window shade for the time being . . . But 90% of the time they both sleep in their beds and wake up sweet happy boys in the morning. Tuesday, May 26, 2015. House Renovating Week 4 - We have walls! Last week a lot of progress was made on the house. The plumbers came Monday and we now have a permanent water line to the house . . . yeah! The framers have been hard at it. By Friday afternoon we had two walls up and it is starting to feel like real rooms now! The boys have been very helpful this week. Shawn's keeping our 'job-site' tidy and the boys are happy to help. Tuesday, September 30, 2014. Art and I shoveled off and on Wednesday moving the rock to other places in the yard. The boys were happy to help too. Shawn would come home from work each night, change his clothes and head out to dig. Of course there was always time to break for some fun too. Friday, October 31, 2014. Saturday we went on a family trip to the pumpkin patch so everyone else could get pumpkins. It was a lovely morning and the boys were very excited. Monday, June 30, 2014. The world cup is on at our house and we’re playing a lot of backyard soccer. Cameron got out his soccer jerseys from last fall and put one on him and the other on Cole and they came out and declared it was Mom and Dad vs the boys. Tuesday, August 11, 2015. A few weeks ago we spent a Thursday night out touching big trucks. The boys had so much fun,. Cole was definitely more excited, but Cameron had a ton of fun too. There were diggers, fire Riding all around in all kinds of trucks. The lines were long, but thankfully the boys were so patient and waited their turns and we had a great night. I think we learned the most about sewer pipe trucks. They are pretty amazing things and do so much we all take for granted! Blogs I peek at.

Tuesday, July 29, 2014. Maybe the fullest weekend of my life! I Friday morning we were playing on the beach enjoying the morning. And my Friday night we were at our new house ripping out carpet and pulling nails. Saturday was moving day. And we even snuck in a late afternoon birthday party. Sunday a half marathon at 6:00am.
