Friday, December 9, 2011. It Christmas and all that. Well the Turkey Trot is done! I didn't take any pictures but i finished in a time of 43mins. It was a 5 mile so not too too shabby. I was concentrating on going slow and not pushing too hard. It was a great run. Right at about 6 miles my leg likes to give me a little trouble so i have been limiting my runs to that right now. In 2007 i weighed in at 440LBS and i was on deaths door. I needed to make a change. In April 2008 finished my first 5k! Well that...

Friday, December 10, 2010. Sothanksgiving day i ran the festival turkey trot. You could do rhe 5 mile or the 2 mile. I picked the 5 mile of course! It had been a while since i had ran this distance as my heel problems had finally gone andd i felt i could could complete this one. It was local event only about 10 miles from my house. I got there early because i had work to do! Anyone on to the run. I came in at 42 mins. Not bad for me. Overall the race was awesome and i had a great time. Milk The Cow Baby.

Since my trip to England i have got a few things done. 8/7/11 Oshkosh Triathlon (Sprint) 1hr 23m 12s. 8/13/11 Carol Rose Wester 5 Mile Trail Run. 8/21/11 Race The Lake 90 mile cycle race. 8/27/11 Manitowoc YMCA Triathlon (Sprint). This is a must in a race for me. No food the morning of. My stomach sucks. I checked off my list and nearly left with out my bike! What would you do differently? What would you do differently?

Monday, November 21, 2011. Sorry i have been a little MIA for a while but i will give you the run down. Well the big news was that i completely tore my quad muscle in a my first mountain bike race. I showed my wife at home and off to the ER we went. They xrayed it and made me sit around a good bit but said nothing they could do.
