Hope I'll at least secure a 'C' so that Marketing shall never see the light of day, ever again. 2 more papers to go, yet I'm in 'holiday mood' already. Friday, July 24, 2009. Buffet Part II (warning: do not read this if you're feeling hungry). Continued from the previous post. Poolside at Ritz Carlton. The pool looked so enticing, we felt like diving right into it. Greenhouse, Ritz Carlton. We had their Sunday Buffet Dinner. There's Cai beckoning me to go over. This was so tasty! Tiger prawns, deep-fried garoupa and assam fish. Smoked salmon, fresh scallops, mussels, asparagus, and some kind of smoked beef. Sushi and roasted duck. 2 buffets in a day?

Monday, August 24, 2009. Haha Yup, and that was Miss Universe 2009 :D. I think Miss Kosovo (above) strikes an uncanny resemblance to Audrey Hepburn (below). When I saw Miss Kosovo on the TV, I was like, OMG AUDREY HEPBURN. Srsly, she's a dead ringer for the latter, which I totally adore. The one on the left). Watching a bevy of beauties from countries all over, was totally awesomeeee. I'm no lesbian, but I just have an appreciation for beauty :D. Sunday, 23rd Aug. Cai and I went to explore Orchard Central.

The worms in the stomach thing. I don't think I need to go thru that again. Had our dinner at LJS. Been ages since I cam-whored! Where are my eyes? They look like two slits instead =o. My sole purpose was to try the famous Thunder Tea Rice. I'm glad I did, cos I kinda liked it. Not only because it's a very healthy dish, but also because I like all the ingredients in the bowl. Monday, May 18, 2009. Sunday, 17th May. NYNY @ JP2 with Cai. It's actually hashbrowns with cheese inside. This tasted so boring. the cheese had a rather bland taste. Not to mention that it came glistening in oil. yuck. We ordered a Seafood platter to share. It consists of a cold crab, battered calamari and prawns, smoked salmon with salad and crispy fried fish. I liked the smoked salmon best. The calamari and prawns were average and the fried fish had oil oozing out of it with every bite. Sauteed chicken...

A favourite of many, I'm sure. Fried mantous with condensed milk! Chicken broth and preserved veg broth. The guys ordered so many plates of this garlic pork. Sunday, 26th July.
