We went to church, came home and ate lunch, took naps, and then woke up to watch Stephen cut the grass off the back porch. It was a peaceful and restful day! I spent it with all my loves and feel so rested today…I guess that is why I am blogging.😉. And my girly girl without a doubt. Anytime there are sparkly shoes, headbands, makeup, and twirly dresses, you will find Millie!

All about my ungraceful but lovely life. Sunday, November 23, 2008. When Eli was born Lee started calling him a stinkpot turtle.cute name but what really is a stinkpot turtle? The stinkpot turtle is certainly properly named, and if you ever have a close up encounter with one you will find this out rather quickly. The yellow like solution they secrete is so foul smelling it is likely to induce nausea in a person that is not blessed with a strong stomach. And lucky me.He is MY stinkpot! Rare in this family!

I created a new recipe and thought I would share - very yummy! 1 box stuffed shells, cooked according to package. 1 lb organic or lean hamburger meat or you could use rotisserie chicken. 1 box organic spinach. 1 1/2 jars of Classico Spinach and Cheese Florentine Sauce. 1/2 small container of skim ricotta cheese.
