There’s two sides ( or more ) to every story. July 11, 2015. Hello everybody, These Are My Observations. Sp I’ve been thinking bout a couple topics lately, one being the glamorization of illness. I can’t help but wonder if the ‘appeal’ of the illness sends some people running for a diagnosis. That and they don’t want to solve out their own problems. February 11, 2015. Hi there everybody,. I’m at 25 mg twice a day and they may move me up some. We will see. To counter the weight gain side effect I’m doing a lifestyle change. It will include blogalaties ( hope I spelled that right) and walking. Blogalaties is this awesome YouTube channel where Cassey Ho teaches you fat burning workouts. I hear it’s intense which is what I need. So hopefully week by week I will be sharing my clozapine journey and maybe some of my weight loss as well.

June 22, 2015. It’s so nice to be on wordpress again. I’ve been on hiatus for quite a while. Mostly because of Depression, Anxiety, lack of goals,focus, and yes some self-pity. But I’m so glad to be back to be able to express where i’ve been and my viewpoint on the future.
