As newly inducted room mom for both K5 and 4th grade, I've become very aware of the need for child-friendly and allergy-friendly party treats. Of course the perennial favorite - cupcakes! Here are our recipes! The white cake recipe. Has eggs, so I replace them with three teaspoons of EnerG egg replacer and ten tablespoons of water. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1 and a half teaspoon salt. 6 tablespoons 100% cocoa.
