Monday, January 17, 2011. 好簡單日式料理 - 肉じゃが（妮窟加嘎）. 1 馬鈴薯 (女孩兒拳頭大小) 4顆. 3 牛肉 or 豬肉 250 300g. 2 料裡用酒 50g (我只有白酒.所以放了白酒). 4 砂糖 2 3大匙. 2 將洋蔥切絲， 放入鍋中炒香後再加入肉。 3 肉半熟後，加入馬鈴薯一起扮炒 :). 4 加入 材料B ，中小火慢慢煮慢慢滾後，泡杯咖啡回客廳看電視聽音樂等待就可以了! 以上的等待其實是要將馬鈴薯煮熟，那天Cindy煮的肉じゃが（妮窟加嘎）. Thursday, January 20, 2011. 這就是Rock n' Roll的STYLE - 超美味土司早餐. 吃早餐 吃早餐 這就是Rock n' Roll的STYLE. 2 培根 1 2片. 6 番茄醬、黑胡椒、鹽巴少許. 2 把蛋黃挫破，再加上少許黑胡椒與鹽巴調味。 3 趁蛋黃還沒完全熟的時候，將土司輕放上去，. 4 覺得蛋熟得差不多的時候，可以翻面，並放上起司片。 5 接著鋪上洋蔥丁 :) 洋蔥丁也會黏在起司片上唷! 6 最後，起鍋後在淋上番茄醬、灑上少許黑胡椒與鹽巴 :). 每天早起吃早餐 大家一起 ROCK 吧! 同樣的材料，少了洋蔥，有另種做法 :). Saturday, January 1, 2011. 2011 HAPPY BUNNY YEAR - 日本新年 (御節料裡). 黒豆: 甜甜的黑豆，豆的日文為"媽每"，聽說因為音與日文"媽機每"(認真)的發音相近，. 昆布: 昆布日文為"空布"，發音與日文喜ぶ "油摟摳布" 發音相近，有歡樂喜氣的意思。 以上的料理全都是冷藏、放很多糖在裡頭、吃起來像是甜點一般，. Cindy推薦我看了另一個節目."DOWNTOWN 大晦日 SP". 內容為 松本人志 濱田雅功 遠藤章造 田中直樹 山崎邦正. 每年都會有個事件，像是 警察篇、醫院篇、今年是 特務篇，大家都是特務 有些任務要出這樣. 這天拜拜結束後，就回家了 分開之前Cindy提醒我，明天記得要一起吃お雑煮(喔鄒尼). 新年最後一件事情就是 1月1日 要吃お雑煮 :). 晚一點賛ちゃん aka 上午先生 and 咪獎都到Cindy家裡聊天玩玩了! 好好吃的美食、很特別的日本過年經驗、還有好多好朋友 :). 今年もよろしくお願いします！！！！ January 9, 2011 at 1:44 PM.
