Cell Phones…in Class? Before this semester of actually being in a classroom, if someone asked me if I would allow cell phone use in my future classroom the answer would be an absolute NO. There was a zero-tolerance policy at my high school; if your phone got sent to cell phone jail there was no guarantee you’d get it back any time soon. The first example of this would be how my CT allows them to listen to music during independent work,tests, or quizzes. Shocking,right? What do you think? October 28, 2014.

Cutting the Cheese with TPACK. In my #edu451 class, our assignment was first to ask a friend to randomly choose 5 objects from the kitchen. Picking three numbers (1-5) out of a hat, I was required to use the objects to complete a task. My task was to slice hard cheese as if it were to go on a cheese plate- with a colander, spatula, and tongs? The video of this attempt is below! However, it failed to produce uniform results.
