MRS BERNHARDT'S FIRST GRADE ZION LUTHERAN SCHOOL 2016/2017. Each week the students will be tested over the listed words. Into the year, your child will be assessed over words that follow the spelling pattern but are not on the list. Your child will also be given a dictation sentence. This will show your child how these words are applied in our speaking and writing. To help your child prepare, be sure to work on the list words and in addition, practice words that follow the spelling pattern. The cat is fat.
