Sunday, August 12, 2012. Well, that overnight stop in Dayton, Ohio was just a thought . . . we made good time and decided to just keep right on a truckin’. A total of about 760 miles yesterday landed us in our own bed last night about 11 o’clock. Even at that hour we still had friends here in the park welcoming us back with hugs and congratulations! It feels good to get our land legs back and we spent the day just relaxing and orienting ourselves. Unpacking will wait till tomorrow. Links to this post.

Saturday, January 31, 2015. Princess’s First Rodeo. Well with horses and stuff anyway. The rodeo starts with girls in HUGE flowing dresses riding side saddle in a breath taking dance on horseback. They are all riding side saddle and charging the mounts around and crossing between each other. An amazing feat of Horseman ship set to music much like square dances we did in our youth. Tuesday, December 16, 2014. Rhythms of The Night. A couple of weeks ago the Cowboy and I decided we wanted to do something special for our anniversary this year. As if just being in Puerto Vallarta isn’t enough! You can click Puerto Vallarta Adventures. To see why we were attracted to this “Unforgettable evening under the stars . . .”. The Cowboy doesn’t look too sure about our new found friend, Rosie. Here come the others behind us. Not sure how many there were but would guess about 200 passengers.

Tuesday, March 31, 2015. Our Palapa in Yelapa. With the usual sunshine and amazing blue skies Banderas Bay was perfectly calm as we started out slowly and quickly picked up speed. We slowed near the well known Los Arcos (the Arches) and our guide passed on some interesting facts and history. We had only caught glimpses of these by driving by so we had no idea there were actually tunnels through the rocks. To learn more about Yelapa’s famous pie and Chelly, The Pie Lady. We get back into Ontario a hundred miles at a time, see the family, spend some time in Tillsonburg and then go to the lake to setup out new Summer Place.
