The Mid Maine Sports Car Club began with an ad placed in the Camden Herald in June of 2002 when Rockport resident James Lea invited owners of British and European Sports Cars to join in a gathering at Rockport Harbor. Mid Maine Sports Car Club. September 26th and 27th: Owls Head Transportation Museum’s Foreign Car Festival. The MMSCC will attend as a group on Sunday, September 27th with Saturday as a rain date. Show runs from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM. Free admission for those entering in a qualifying foreign car. Excellent food on site. Mid Maine Sports Car Club.
