I know that for some people, to spend a whole day at home alone without a particular agenda would not be a treat, but for me (as an introvert) it is! And today is such a day. The holiday preparations and travel and festivities are over – good as they were! Most people are back at work, including my spouse, whom I took to the train station early. May you all have a warm, fulfilling day!

I took this picture of Sieste in a pool of sunlight in the middle of the Manse’s kitchen several months ago, and I’ve always liked it. I was saving it for a good time to share it with you. This evening seems like that time; Sieste died today. The Manse is a very sad place. I am pretty sure that from my many previous posts about Sieste like here.
