My willpower is shaky, even in the best of circumstances. This does not help. It’s so tempting to just say, “Screw it,” and eat all the things. Not going to do it, though. I wanted pancakes and that drippy, yummy syrup. Luckily, Pinterest saved the day. I found a recipe for low-carb pancakes. The consistency was a little off, but since they were primarily the vehicle for sugar-free syrup, they worked for me. If you want the recipe, you can find it here. The next mini-goal is to get below 190.
