Monday, December 20, 2010. I'm not tracking things too closely this week (since yes it's THE week for eating) but I'm still trying to practice restraint until maybe Friday evening and Saturday :D. So here is a basic rundown of what I ate/drank today. I didn't drink enough water. maybe 8 cups. I drank my coffee with 5tbsp of half and half with 1 tbsp sugar.
