The day, and After. Serious Problem with an Outbreak of Flies. June 29, 2011. Many disaster areas including Onagawa have a serious problem of an outbreak of large flies. Did they spawn in dead fish? I don’t know the cause, but it is terrible. Several minutes after parking a car, it was covered with a swarm of flies all over although it depended on where you parked. Click to enlarge the photo. The black spots are all files. I brought a gift of many mosquito repellents as the summer was arriving in earnest.
