It was a huge Armstrong McCall Sales Meeting and different vendors were there trying to sell their stuff. I was with Sultra. I loved the people and the products. Believe it or not I have never made resolutions ever in the past. After the detox, I want to continue to eat healthier, more organic, more raw, more legumes for iron, no red meats, no more frozen foods, less dairy and less carbs. Good luck with your goals, Diana!
