Monday, January 15, 2007. Backside of the jacket. The reflective stuff really stands out, no? Close-up of the collar. I didn't think about it but since I am part giraffe, I could have used about another 1/2 inch on the collar to make it taller. The velco waist strap that tightens the jacket around the waist. I tend to slouch a bit when I ride which makes my back hurt a bit. So, if I tighten the waist, it reminds me to keep better posture while riding. Thanks for the posture enforcement Wayne! Monday, January 15, 2007. The beefy zipper. My hands are pretty big. And soft too. Any "hand model" agents out there who might be interested, please feel free to contact me. This is the right side chest pocket with the zippered breast pocket underneath it. This (along with any set of pockets on the jacket) is what took the finish off my sunglasses frames. Monday, January 15, 2007. The front of the pants. They have the waterproof liners in but you can't really tell. The black material in the crotch is made from stretch kevlar. You can see that only one leg has a zipper than goes all the way up. You can't go all the way open on either side though, for those that care. Backside of the pants - otherwise known as - the ARSE! Monday, January 15, 2007. This shot shows the liner pant laying inside the pant. The picture also shows the "fuzzing" effect that comes from the velcro attaching itself to the inside of the pant liner (not the waterproof liner but the actual soft liner than keeps the armor in place and the kevlar off your skin. understand?
