the AE Creations blog: Clippings shortcut prefix keys not working in Gmail
http://aecreations.blogspot.com/2014/12/clippings-shortcut-prefix-keys-not.html
The AE Creations blog. The latest buzz on cool, useful software from AE Creations. Clippings shortcut prefix keys not working in Gmail. Users have reported that the shortcut prefix keys, CTRL ALT V (on Mac OS X, Command Option V) does not work in Gmail's message editor. Pressing those keys have no effect, or would cause a beeping sound. As explained in a post. Eg, assign CTRL F4 to the "Insert Clipping" action), but that did not work. Interestingly enough, other Google products that I've tried are not.

Go to graworks.com! Tuesday, August 23, 2005. Populating the Messagepane in Thunderbird? You know, the message preview pane- how does that. Get populated with the body of whatever selected message? How do you get the body of a message in general? Setting up a stream and then reading the body out of the stream. Won't work for IMAP messages, because you have to download them first. How would one go about accomplishing that? Posted by Mitch Graw @ 8:02 AM. Monday, August 22, 2005. Now works for firefox!
