Jay was comissioned to stencil, spray paint, and hand number the 500 "bootleg" versions of Jason Isbell's. The stencils were machine cut then spray painted using a mixture of Montana Gold spray paint or Fresh Paint brand spray paint (depending on the jacket). Wall art made from discarded refrigerator doors. Tom Waits: Travel Agent. This show was the reason for Jay Millar's first trip to Nashville. So it was fitting for his first Nashville themed door. The barcode on this door is actually the SKU and Barcode from Tom Wait's vinyl version of Mule Variations. This door was given to Jay by a friend who saw it by a dumpster here in Nashville and was nice enough to grab it. Tom Waits: Travel Agent - Three seats were created (8, 10, and 12), all are SOLD.

Joy Division - Pink - SOLD. The original inspiration for these doors came from a search for an appropriate piece for a black and white themed exhibit. All three versions of Joy Division have been spray painted with Montana Gold paints and paper stencils onto vintage refrigerator doors from Nashville.

Extra Fancy was created in 24 hurried hours in order to submit it (late) to the Tomato Art Fest in East Nashville. While these are the first set of doors collected, they were the second to be painted. Coffee Cup was painted exclusively with Krylon spray paints using hand cut paper stencils on a thicker set of vintage General Electric doors taken from the streets of Manhattan.
