Casey & Matthew: Cascade River and Lake Superior
http://caseyandmatthew.blogspot.com/2015/08/cascade-river-and-lake-superior.html
Cascade River and Lake Superior. And we hiked up to a beautiful lookout point. And we did it all with the dogs who were (mostly) troopers. The weather was idyllic- I needed a hoodie for the camp fire. And while I forgot to bring tortillas for breakfast burritos AND tin foil for tin foil dinners, it was good to eat some good campfire food. September 16, 2015 at 2:37 PM. Im having the best time catching up through you blog! Maybe we could catch up face to face soon - try again at making a Skype date work?

Casey & Matthew: Snow Days
http://caseyandmatthew.blogspot.com/2015/05/snow-days.html
I never published this post from our last winter snow storm this year. Our dogs are so excited to be moving to the snow! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Although the writing style is simple, this is an incredible story. Of all the Pride and Prejudice adaptions I have read, I think this one is my new favorite. By writing about Longbourn from the servants' perspective, Jo Baker is able to bring new insight and voice to this beloved classic. Thus, while this. Simple template. Powered by Blogger.

Casey & Matthew: Como Lake
http://caseyandmatthew.blogspot.com/2015/07/como-lake.html
Remember when Elizabeth Bennet plans to go to tour the lake country with her aunt and uncle Gardiner? Living in Minnesota makes me think of that. While Mom was here, she mentioned several times that that greenery reminded her of England. Did you know Minnesota, the land of 10,000 lakes actually has nearly 12,000 lakes? By no means do we plan to visit them all, but I do plan to keep track! 4 down, 11,838 to go! July 21, 2015 at 7:14 PM. I look forward to seeing your pictures of the next 11,838, haha!

Casey & Matthew: Saint Paul Cathedral
http://caseyandmatthew.blogspot.com/2015/07/saint-paul-cathedral.html
The Saint Paul Cathedral. Is a historical landmark here in the Twin Cities. Matt has had a beautiful view of it from the hospital where he has been working, and I am always surprised when I turn down the freeway and see it standing out there on the top of the hill. Pictures cannot do justice to the magnitude of this place. We learned today that Lady Liberty could fit with room to spare under that domed roof! As incredible as the view is from the outside, the view inside is literally. This work is license...

Casey & Matthew: Minnehaha Falls
http://caseyandmatthew.blogspot.com/2015/06/minnehaha-falls.html
Matt's residency is in full swing, so we made sure to take advantage of his day off today. We visited Minnehaha Falls, drove around the neighborhoods along the Mississippi, tried some hole-in-the-wall Chinese, and rode our bikes around Lake Como. While the Chinese cuisine was only so-so, Minnehaha Falls was a pleasant surprise! We're planning an adventure there soon :). June 21, 2015 at 6:10 PM. And Im glad the residency is going well! Casey & Matthew: When Mom Came to Visit
http://caseyandmatthew.blogspot.com/2015/07/when-mom-came-to-visit.html
When Mom Came to Visit. And our new book, 100 Things to Do in the Twin Cities before You Die. With Matt tagging along when he could, I drove, and Mom became our impromptu trip historian. I still can't believe how much stuff we did in one week (and most of it was free)! Donuts are one of my all-time favorite foods. To tell the truth, I had been wanting to try this donut shop out since we first got here! This is just a little hole in the wall by our house that serves burgers, fries, onion rings (and oh!

Casey & Matthew: July Books
http://caseyandmatthew.blogspot.com/2015/07/july-books.html
This month, I tried reading multiple books at the same time which I've never done before. I mostly enjoyed it because I could move from story to story if a plot wasn't picking up, but it really worked best to help me determine what I really. Wanted to read next. I'd be reading 3-4 books at once and find that there was one I wanted to get back to more than the others. Those are the books I finished first, usually by abandoning all of the others while I binge read late into the night. As I read and conside...
