I am hoping this gives me some answers. Lastonth everything was ideal and still did not get pregnant. Depending on what she sees today I may have to go back in a few days. Diagnosed with PCOS, prescribed Prometrium to take every few months to bring on a cycle. Prescribed Metforrmin for Insulin Resistance (also start dating the Hubs :) ). Get married August 13, 2011. Not particularly trying to avoid or conceive. Open to getting pregnant but realize PCOS will likely be a problem. After a few months, start charting off and on based off sympto-thermal method. Notice long cycles, wonky temps, possible lack of ovulation. October - First appointment with Dr. S, NaPro doctor!

I noticed that pre-peak my mucus quality was pretty poor, even though I was on ALL the mucus enhancers, and post-peak I lost all my dry days I had been gaining. Once Again, I Surrender (Post-Surgery Follow-Up). So it is I find myself stuck between two emotions once again after my post-surgery follow-up with Dr. D. The negative cultures (internal and external) and the ultrasound series that showed ovulation. TSH 114 (was 4.02). Free T4 - .94 (was .95). Free T3 - 2.75 (wasn't checked before).
