Friday, March 28, 2008. The students have calculated the scale size and scale distance of the planets. They have made planets to scale. We have gone outside and created our scale solar system. Next week we will be working on CORE review for the Standards Based Assessments and volume and surface area. Friday, March 14, 2008. The students have created a planet card and two graphs about the mass and temperature of planets. We celebrated Pi day today. Thank you for sending in pies for our party.

Wednesday, December 19, 2007. The students are working on a fraction packet. Tuesday, December 11, 2007. Math 7th: The students are just finishing up their chapter on fractions. Some students struggled getting their fractions into lowest terms and are stil correcting some lessons. They received a progress report so they would know what lessons to work on a bit longer.
