This is a straight forward and very easy recipe. I strongly suggest using a deep fryer rather then a pot of oil on the stove top, because it is safer and far simpler. For our Tapas Party I made deep-fried green chilies and then the next night I made deep-fried Thai red chilies, Jalapenos and green chilies. They were all delicious. The following recipe was adapted from. I didn’t dare brave these deep-fried chilies, but some of the other guests just loved them! Green chilies, red chilies or jalapenos.

Fredag 31. januar 2014. Denne ble bare knall god :). Sikkelig fredags kos med taco i ny variant:). Til 4 pers trenger du:. 1 pk taco krydder. 1-2 fedd presset hvitløk. 1 boks hermetiske tomater. Litt salt og pepper. Stek kjøttdeigen sammen med løk, hvitløk, chili og taco krydder. Tilsett så revet gulerot og la det surre litt. Tilsett hermetiske tomater og kidnybønner og gi dette et lite oppkok. Smak til med salt og pepper. Hell så blandingen over i en ildfast form og legg tortillachips rundt kanten.

Bland marinaden godt sammen. Kutt kyllingen i små biter og ha den i marinaden. Mariner i noen timer eller aller helst over natten. Da blir den aller best :).
