This is the future home of our homeschool classroom! Our very own little red schoolhouse! Our tile guy is coming up next week to work on the kitchen/laundry/bathroom. This is the Big "bedroom". The Duty Chronicles: Chet the Architect: NYC Drawing Book
http://xtremeteamduty.blogspot.com/2012/07/chet-architect-nyc-drawing-book.html
Holiday Crafts and Traditions. Sunday, July 01, 2012. Chet the Architect: NYC Drawing Book. Taylor Joy was excited to learn how to draw a cityscape and her imagination quickly set in as she went to drawing this beauty. The quality of these books is worthy to be mentioned. The pages are beautiful and well made. The kids will love continuing to learn how to draw these museums, hear about their history, as well as referencing them in the future. I am really glad we have these. You Might Also Like:. Getting ...

Wednesday, March 24, 2010. So, when reading about gardening I saw that many people suggest that you keep a gardening journal to track the dates that you plant/transplant etc. and to jot down any mistakes or tips you learn for NEXT year. SO, I'll do mine on here. b/c I can't LOSE this journal :). Today, we planted our seeds! I put them in our seed starter tray that has 72 compartments and I put it in the laundry room b/c it's the warmest room in the house! Links to this post. Thursday, March 18, 2010.

Tuesday, October 5, 2010. Niagara Falls, Day 3. So, "today" we drove along the Niagara River to the Botanical Gardens. It was another great weather day and there wasn't any traffic whatsoever! It took us about. 10-15 minutes? To get there and there were only 3 other cars there! Our first stop was the Butterfly Conservatory. It was SO pretty :) There were butterflies everywhere! Haven't seen that stuff anywhere here in the states, but it was all over up there. And headed down. At the bottom it was lik...

The Princess Diaries: May 2011
http://theprincessdiaries-guinevere.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 11, 2011. Just realized I never updated people on my Williamsburg trip! It was OK ;). I did have fun, however, I was just never made to be alone. I couldn't sleep. It was too quiet. and I was all alone. So I was exhausted the whole weekend. Also, there was no one to talk too, cause I was alone. And I'm an extrovert. SO I attached myself to random strangers and talked to them. they thought I was weird. Me and "alone" don't do well together :-/. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

In other news, we're supposed to have another Winter storm :-/. I am praying that it skips us. I am so tired of snow/ice messing up our routine and canceling all of our stuff! Links to this post. It has nice pictures and is written at a 2.9 grade reading level and it's in large print, so it's easy for kids to read :). He started his Jesus poster this week! After all that, and some entries into...

Wednesday, July 27, 2011. So, what's it like to go to Washington DC on the 4th of July? It's like super-fun of course! This was our 3rd year attending and we'll probably do it for as long as we live here :). Yes, but no more than during Cherry Blossoms season. Yes, but so are MOST places on the 4th of July. This year we didn't even go for the whole day. We drove to the Metro station and took the train in, got there about 5:30 pm We headed straight for The Old Ebbitt Grill, our FAVORITE restaurant.
