Maandag 29 oktober 2012. Dit weekend ben ik met Nataly, Laura, Hannah, en Renke naar Carcassonne geweest! De andere meisjes zijn ook au pairs in Toulouse. Carcassonne is een middeleews stadje ( het oude deel) met een grote muur eromheen, echt heel mooi! We konden met de auto van Laura erheen rijden, wat wel handig was omdat de bus zo een gedoe is. Voor de stadsmuur,. We waaiden af en toe bijna weg. Daarna zijn we in het kasteel gegaan, was ook mooi! Nataly en ik hebben ook een echte franse baret gekocht!

Zondag 7 april 2013. Schommels, droomvangers en nog meer knutselcreaties. De afgelopen maanden hebben Lou en ik veel dingen geknutseld en getekend. Van reuze tekeningen tot droomvangers, we proberen zo veel mogelijk dingen uit. In het begin dacht ik altijd, wat moet je nou hele dagen met een kind doen? Één van de dingen die Lou altijd leuk vind om te doen is zoutdeeg. Het is makkelijk te maken en vooral ook leuk om te doen! Het recept is als volgt:. 1 kopje lauw water. Zaterdag 8 juni 2013. En toen was het opeens voorbij, mijn 8 maanden als au pair in Frankrijk! Vorige week woensdag was mijn laatste dag in Toulouse, mijn ouders kwamen me ophalen met de auto. Heel raar om het leventje wat je hier in die 8 maanden hebt opgebouwd zomaar los te moeten laten. Maandag kwam ik in Nederland aan. Het afscheid van Toulouse was wel heel moeilijk. Woensdag 27 februari 2013. Alternatieve crêpes recept :). We hebben weer een nieuwe ontdekking gedaan. Elke maandag kook ik 's middags wat met Lou want dan is de moeder niet thuis. Meestal zijn het crêpes of gaufres, maar dit keer hebben we ze iets anders gemaakt! Het enige wat je nodig hebt is crêpe-beslag, en een lege ( en afgewassen! Ketchup fles. Vrijdag 3 mei 2013. Alweer de laatste maand in Toulouse! En toen was het laatste maandje alweer begonnen. April is voorbij gevlogen en ik heb weer ontzettend leuke dingen gedaan. Het begin van deze maand begon met carnaval! Zoals je ziet is het in Frankrijk normaal om met massa's mensen tussen de wagens te lopen en daar compleet los te gaan, grappig om te zien!
