Work is putting this big weight loss thing together for the whole company. We weigh in in groups and set ourselves a goal and in 3 months time hopefully everyone would have succeeded at their goals and beat the other teams. I finally did it, I finally set up my yoga mat and DVD in the spare room and I have done it every day so far! I’m so happy with myself :) I’m moving in the right direction now and it feels good. There's Something About Food. Ready to take on the world! August 16, 2013. Today I’m so motivated and ready to take on the world and this feeling is amazing! Got my gym gear in the car, had an amazing chicken salad for lunch, carrot and apples for snacks! Feeling really good about today! 🙂 Gonna pump it out big time at the gym tonight!
