Also, last week I experienced a runner's high on the treadmill. It was a bizarre feeling like I wasn't even running and that I could go forever. It was the first time for me, and it was awesome. I could have gone forever, but I followed my plan and got off at 45 mins. It was a great run. I hope it happens again during my training. Posted by Rich W.

My Meningioma and Me. Tuesday, 21 December 2010. 6 Week Post Op Appointment. Wednesday, 1 December 2010. Got a tad OVER swollen. Wednesday, 27 October 2010. I am home, I will update when I feel better. Saturday, 9 October 2010. Tuesday, 5 October 2010. Woke up with bad head, went to town anyway (market day), bought two pairs of socks and had to come home. Very very tired and really bad head. Amazing how a 49year old can sometimes look and feel 70. Completely hagared, exhausted and done for.
