I have looked at standard lumber construction, SIP (structurally insulated panels), and ICF (insulated concrete form). Friday, November 4, 2011. A new chapter in my journey has just begun! Where do I begin. I started the year off in good physical shape. But not so much in other areas of my life. I was working a job I despised and my kid was testing me beyond the limits. In the past six months I’ve laughed, cried, celebrated, worried, panicked, lost my job, loved and UGH…gained weight back…ARGH! But not all of it. ;-). Why, because I was down right miserable. Why was I miserable? I needed to emotionally rest. Dictates my emotional well-being.
