Mom On A Mission. Monday, February 20, 2012. Adding fuel to my fire! This week marks the addition of two new classes for my repertoire. If you haven't gotten a chance to try a kettle bell class or a TRX class.I highly recommend trying them out! THEY ARE SUPER FUN! Kettle Bells lets you add strength to a cardio routine well the TRX challenges your core in a whole. I will be getting certified in both classes this weekend and begin teaching as well! The start line was a little on the chaotic side and honestly.pretty poorly organized. But the course itself was BEA-UTIFUL! We had some pretty serious crowding issues where the course bottle necked and it forced everyone to walk. Not cool.not cool at all. They made up for it at mile 12 by handing out handfuls.
