McDonald's Sweet Chili Grilled Wrap - 250 calories. Coke Zero - 0 calories. I only had 1/2 of the tortilla (maybe a lil less) and no garlic sauce (this saved me like 110 calories! It did get super messy tho, a lil leaky without that extra tortilla holding it together! 4 spicy pickle spears - 20 cal. Total Calories IN = 330 calories.

Orange, 1/2 of the apple, 1/2 cup of mix fruit, and 16 oz water - 88 calories. Still managed to keep the calories low at - 260 calories. Post work out snack-a-roo.
