Tuesday, May 22, 2012. I have struggled with my weight all of my adult live. I have gone from 200 pounds to 280 pounds about five times. It was an endless cycle of losing weight just to gain it back a year or two later. I lost 50 pounds on the Atkins Diet but gained it ALL back. I had lost 50 pounds on the low-fat diet and gained it ALL back. I lost 76 pounds on Nutri-System but gained it ALL back. Then, on Memorial Day of 2011 I made a simple change. One week later I had lost 15 pounds! I am NOT a Doctor.
