Archive for June, 2011. June 17, 2011 at 10:39 am · Filed under Movies. I watched Billy Elliot a few years ago. It was exhilerating then. I watched it again recently. It still is exhilerating now. Somehow the experience is altered. Yet, there’s no denying that I love this movie. The spirit of the boy is dancingly triumphant. You’d have to watch it to believe it. 8220;I was dancing when I was twelve. I was dancing when I was aaah. I danced myself right out the womb. Is it strange to dance so soon.

Archive for June, 2008. The last best thing. June 10, 2008 at 6:39 am · Filed under Uncategorized. Blogging has mostly been a way out when I feel trapped…physically or mentally. What can I say? Constraints are too constricting. When there are no borders or boundaries defined, a physical space or even a concept is limitless. It’s infinite. It’s immeasurable. Freedom is a perception that loses its form when you begin to describe it. A definition is itself constricting. Today is a day when I owe myself free...

January 7, 2011 at 1:42 pm · Filed under Uncategorized. As the mind (Body Mind = Person) develops over the years, it comes to be referred as “I”. This “I” encapsulates the entire universe seen through this particular mind and more importantly, it encapsulates how the mind sees itself. The latter in relation to the former in the context of death is what this post is about. A little thing called hope. January 1, 2011 at 5:30 pm · Filed under Uncategorized. Be it when your sibling ate up all your chocolate in the refrigerator while you were kids or when someone at school made fun of you for no apparent reason and all you felt was that primeval anger which could only be relieved when you were done thumping their little heads. How much can you forgive? How much can you forget?

On day 4 of a rigorous training, when everybody else in the class is discussing the kernel internals and debating about it, when you doze off – make sure that your pen is on the desk. With the new Americanisation, (I refuse to replace the s with a z in spite of the red wriggly line) – most words are forced to drop their u. Like colour is color, parlour is parlor. And one by one, extra l, t all are getting dropped. A sentence goes like – so ve ma star b dayz on diwali every year.cut two cakes dis diwali.as u din wish me.no cakes for u. Sunrise, sunset and about everything between them. Who is a true friend? Posted October 19, 2010. Filed under: Distilled Gyaan. The title sounds like a Vikram betaal story. But that is what life is – everyone around is a betaal who knows the answers within, but wait for the Vikramadityas of the world and ask them because they like to hear what they know. Sunrise, sunset and about everything between them. Posted February 22, 2011. It’s been a nice journey of blogging, of writing whenever it feels like, to not write whenever you want to hold your silence. But there slowly comes a point where you need to exit. Sunrise, sunset and about everything between them. Yay moment for the day. Posted January 6, 2011. Filed under: Sa ri ga ma pa dha ni. After listening to Mannippaaya song (of Vinnai Thaandi varuvaaya) for a few times, I noticed the interlude that goes exactly like the Charanam of Raravenugopabala. (Ga….RiSaNiDha… Ri….RiSaNiDha….) I mean – exactly the same swaras. I deduced this song should be based on Bilahari and googled to find out I was right. Laquo; Bring back my English too. 2 comments so far.

So much so that, once she actually went to her tutor and quipped: "Sir, you must thank me. Your photography is actually improving as you teach me! Date: 06 July, 2008.
