Landon, Laci and Cady were spending the day with my parents, so the kids got to spend some time with Wally too. They thought he was the coolest guy (and, of course, he is). Tuesday, September 17, 2013. Run like the Wind! I think I actually "enjoyed" it. Not like "runners high" enjoyed, but "get lost in my own thoughts" kind of enjoyed. But my thoughts often end up making me cry . good and bad, which resulted in me crying and then panicking because I couldn't breathe. Sunday, February 27, 2011. Trip to Washington: Day 4. Feb 27, 2011. Astoria Column has served for 80 years as beacon on the Pacific Northwest Coast. It sits in Astoria, Oregon's highest point. The column is built of concrete, canvased with various pictures that salute Astoria's explorers and early settlers for their early role in the expansion of the United States to the Pacific Coast. It is 164 steps to the top. Views from the top . It was COLD and WINDY at the top! Then we set of to find some seals .

Saturday, June 25, 2011. While in Star Valley, WY for the annual Tolman reunion,. We went to the Bar-T-5, which includes an interactive dinner and program. Here we are waiting for the wagon ride up the mountain. Cousins waiting for some action. Carson, Laci, Lukas, Cady, Landon and Lincoln. Wagon ride up the mountain to the Bar-T-5. Indians watching from the hills . Our cousin, Mekelle, was "proposed to" during the program. Most of our family played some part in the program at some point or another.
