Wednesday, February 22, 2012. He has gotten into all of Andrew's old Cars vehicles. The other day he was introducing Lightning McQueen to Thomas the Train; they looked like they were the best of friends sitting on the floor nose to nose. Last night Carson was counting fingers and toes with Jonathan. They also counted his Lightning McQueen slippers and the "toes" on each one (the tires). He's such a funny boy! Wednesday, July 29, 2009. I am at the end of a long line of Dr. appointments. Whew! The spanish piano class is going well. Sometimes I speak better than I think and other times much worse. It seriously brings new meaning to the expression "tongue tied" for me! We're hoping to get Eliana into preschool soon as well. THIS RECIPE IS TAKEN FROM "TASTE OF HOME, AUGUST/SEPTEMBER 2010". 1 1/3 cups chopped peeled tart apples. 1/3 cup chopped walnuts. 1/2 cup sugar, divided. 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour. 2 tsp ground cinnamon, divided. 1 pkg large refrigerated flaky biscuits. 2 tsp butter, melted. Thursday, September 1, 2011. We washed Bo yesterday with all of the crib sheets. I guess Carson decided Bo was in need of a change of clothes since his red shirt is still in the wash. Tuesday, April 28, 2009. Because of Julio's genes all our kids start out life with a mohawk. So the other day with Emily I decided to try and make it girly with hairspray and my fingers. Even if the hair looks silly isn't she adorable? Oh and we're having her blessed this Sunday so I've been working on a dress for her and will hopefully have some more adorable pictures to show soon. Tuesday, January 25, 2011. Andrew has informed me that in order to be ready for school next year (which, to him, means the second he turns 5) he needs some supplies: new shoes, goggles (for the pool at the school), swim trunks, a baseball bat (they have a field, ya know! A backpack, a lunch box, a lap top (for doing his work at his desk), and treats for the teacher (now we're talking! I asked him what type of treats the teacher needs, "I think she needs chocolate and Sprite". Jonathan and Katherine Earl.
