Thursday, 29 May 2014. The Long Overdue Update. Sooooo. CAMP WAS SO MUCH FUN! I have to admit, I was a bit nervous at first because I get a bit shy around other dogs, but once I was let into the Camp Greyhound backyard run I knew everything was going to be fine! Everything smelled like normal dogs (ie greyhounds) and the humans were all very nice. Otherwise, I was a good boy. I fit in right away with the other dogs, I ate all my food (have I ever not? Thursday, 8 May 2014. There's a new dog in town. Every day we pass by the same yard on our walks. There was a husky who lived there last year, but she moved out and it's been empty for some time. A new family has moved in and with them a young golden retriever. He always gets excited to see us when we walk by. Tried to get a photo together but he just can't stay still! Happy to see you too! Saturday, 19 April 2014. The days are getting warmer now and I am eager to go outside when it's walk time. We are going for longer walks too. It feels good to stretch the old legs. Yesterday while out on a walk, an unfamiliar hound ran up to us from out of nowhere. She had a collar, but she didn't have a leash. Her owner was nowhere in sight (and trust me, I can see pretty far!
