http://dabblingdomesticity.blogspot.com/2012/10/super-easy-paper-bunting-diy.html
Oct 15, 2012. Super Easy Paper Bunting DIY. You have probably noticed by now that buntings/pennant banners are popular. Weddings, stationary, home decor, they are everywhere! 12"x12" scrapbook paper cut into 2" wide strips (each strip will make about 2 ft of banner, so cut as many as you will need for your finished project). Embroidery floss - I prefer pearl cotton floss. Stack of fabric/or a couple of folded up t-shirts. Mark your strips and cut your triangles. If you are confident in your scissor skill...

http://dabblingdomesticity.blogspot.com/2013/01/roasted-butternut-squash-rice.html
Jan 4, 2013. Roasted Butternut Squash Rice. Its cold here. And to make it worse, it is rainy too. A major bummer since I'm the type of person that is really unhappy when I have to pull out (and actually wear) the one pair of jeans I own that haven't been cut off into shorts yet. Dabbling Domesticity: About Me!
http://dabblingdomesticity.blogspot.com/p/about-me.html
Hi, I'm Amy Hyink! I'm in my mid twenties, and I live in Temple, Texas. I live with my husband Parker and two very interesting Canine roommates Abby and Banana. I created Dabbling Domesticity as a lifestyle blog to document things I make, grow, cook, and discover. It is these sort of things that give special meaning to my life, and I will always be excited to learn more. One day Parker and I hope to play pioneer on a bigger scale by owning our own little house on the prairie! Top portrait c/o Lizzie Chen.

I loved the idea of having an official holiday to end 'the holidays.' It seems a little depressing to be taking down decorations right after Christmas, but how long is to long to leave all the holiday cheer lingering around the house? Epiphany is my little (stress free! Yeah, me neither. Lets just give it all we got and make 2013 a year to remember! Div align="center...

Jul 23, 2013. Sometimes we grow out of things we start. Like this blog. I slowly began finding reasons I didn't feel that this blog fit me anymore.
