Living life with essence. Sunday, April 5, 2009. Three mothers and 4 daughters from our ward carpooled to the YW session of conference last Saturday. We had a lot of fun. A little view into the life of the Johnsons. Friday, October 2, 2009. Spiders are not my thing. They are. Not my thing. But I was out picking tomatoes the other day and came across this big one. My first thought was "I hope it isn't poisonous! So I went and read about it online. Turns out she isn't poisonous and she is great at eating bad bugs. So she stays. A little view into the life of the Johnsons. Sunday, March 15, 2009. A bit of catch-up. Caleb turned 6 near the end of January. For his party we took one of his friends (and his family) with us to Chuck-E-Cheese. Not exactly my favorite place, but not so bad when you go on a Tuesday evening. Here is a picture of the Birthday Boy. Emma and her little friend spent the entire evening on the Chuck-E-Cheese ride and the fire engine ride. Who wouldn't love to ride with Chuck-E? Julie Renteria's Artichoke Dip.

Living life with essence. Saturday, July 3, 2010. Say hello to Sebastian Scott Nicholson. Born Monday, June 28th (actually 3 days early! He weighed 8 pounds and 9 ounces (third largest of the five, with the boys ranging from 8-2 to 9-3). 21 and a half inches long. A couple of hours old. Later that evening after his first bath. When did the "professional" hospital photos actually become something worth buying? What's the post about? July 6, 2010 at 12:12 AM. I love the mohawak! He is really cute, good job.

Good news.I saw a dog today. Thursday, September 20, 2012. The Story of Van's Birth.9 weeks late. I am going to finally write the story of Van's birth. This will probably end up being a long post so feel free to skip wherever you want.or not read it at all.if anyone even checks this blog anymore. The reason why they generally do not use the vacuum 3 times is because of the amount of pressure it puts on the baby's head. But we didn't have a choice, they had to use it a third time or we could lose Van.

We have had an exciting birthday week, starting on Tuesday with a trip to the zoo and a party with the grandparents. Then on Friday, Simon got to spend a couple hours with his daycare friends as they had a party for him there as well. Unfortunately, he was sick today, and so it seemed that it would not be a very happy birthday after all. Simon also decided that he wanted to give Nadege his new birthday hat.
