The rice. Is cooked in big aluminum pots (above in the photo) and the beef cooked. Separately is covered tightly with aluminum foil. The lid is pressed. Core-locs used in constructing the breakwater in Sohar corniche interlocks like a "jigsaw puzzle". Resulting in a higher stability of the structure even under the presence of a constant massive force from the ocean waves.
