Fire Chris Ault: Reflections on 2010
http://firechrisault.blogspot.com/2011/01/reflections-on-2010.html
Friday, January 14, 2011. Winning cures all ills. Instead, let's dish out some random thoughts to end the 2010 season and get ourselves ready for the 2011 season. Our predictions for the WAC bowl season. If this is what it's like to be wrong, I don't want to be right. Ault's Letter to the Community. I read it. You should too. Chris Murray at the RGJ is continuing his fantastic work this season in covering all things Wolf Pack, this time with a look at our 2011 lineup. Show up to support the Wolf Pack....

Fire Chris Ault: December 2010

Saturday, December 18, 2010. Bowl Season Has Begun! It's official - the first bowl games are in the books. This coincidentally included the uDrive Humanitarian Bowl. Earlier, we said this. UDrove Humanitarian Bowl: Good news, WAC fans! So, how did Fresno State do? How about Northern Illinois 40, Fresno State 17. On an entirely non-football related front, if you're looking for a simple and inexpensive gift for someone, I strongly recommend the Humble Indie Bundle. You can do that. Want to pay $100? Prices...

Fire Chris Ault: November 2010
http://firechrisault.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 28, 2010. Nevada at Louisiana Tech: All-Time Football Data. Not too surprisingly this 'rivalry' doesn't even date back to the 20th century. Nevada took the WAC's forgotten Bulldogs down to the wire in their first meeting (the year La Tech took the conference crown), but would have to wait until their own conference championship season before earning their W in this series, and have not lost in the series since that time. All Time (Nevada 5-4) Scoring:. Ault (Nevada 5-1) Scoring:. Lost to...

Fire Chris Ault: Bowling
http://firechrisault.blogspot.com/2010/12/bowling.html
Monday, December 6, 2010. It's official - we're going to the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl in San Francisco. If you haven't already purchased tickets, I encourage you to do it here. Prices are reasonable, relative to other bowl games ($40 for the cheap seats), the location is easy enough to get to, it's on a Sunday in January (no fighting holiday plans), and Boston College isn't a bad opponent. If you're a Nevada fan, be thankful we're playing Boston College instead of Tulsa or Northern Illinois. It's true....

Newer posts →. Could a Texas legislature-style filibuster happen in Nevada? June 25, 2013. Sean McDonald, who runs the Amicus Nevada law blog, has a new post up regarding the material in this blog post. He disagrees with Byerman and says that Senate Rules 80 and 81 do not provide a mechanism to cut off a filibuster. It’s worth a read. In the words of Nevada Senate Secretary David Byerman. The short answer is no. You can view the floor proceedings here. And 81. See below:. 2 No Senator may speak:. Form: S...

The Daily Ross: Travel By Train Part 3: A Stop in Sacramento
http://rossarmstrong.blogspot.com/2009/12/travel-by-train-part-3-stop-in.html
Saturday, December 26, 2009. Travel By Train Part 3: A Stop in Sacramento. As the time of my departure to Reno approached, I walked back to the train station where an elderly volunteer directed me to the appropriate track to wait for the California Zephyr. It was foggy but it was now about 11 and the air was starting to warm up a bit. It was nice to think that this train ride was going to be mostly during the day. Ross, you shoulda called us! Were here in Sac! What are your plans for new years?
