The streets are clean, the houses nice and the traffic orderly. It is a world away from La Paz, that’s for sure. We’re up at 5am for Freddie to pick us up as we’re heading to the salt flats to see the sunrise. We drive for 40mins before the road turns white and we hit the salt flats.
