Luc is an Eagle Scout from Troop 116 of Lewiston, Maine. He served as the scoutmaster of Troop 160 for more than 25 years. Luc has served as the Chairman of the organization from its inception. In addition, he oversees the Facilities Committee and is the manager of the MSC Trading Post. He serves as the MSC Treasurer.
