Friday, April 2, 2010. We are so excited that the temperatures are getting warmer and Spring is here! The flowers are blooming. The trees are budding. The grass is starting to turn green. And New Creation is getting ready for some fun this Spring and Summer! We have been working this winter to get some of the land ready! Here is a before picture. Here is an after. New Creation Camp: The Creek
http://newcreationcamp.blogspot.com/2010/05/creek.html
Sunday, May 16, 2010. All the rock work that was done on the Work Day did it's job! With all the rain lately, the creek has been at flood stage. The culvert held, even with the water rushing over the road. The bridge / water spill way that was built made a gorgeous waterfall. All the rock that was put at the creek did a great job of directing the water.some water jumped the bank but much less than before all the work was done. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). New Creation Camp: January 2010
http://newcreationcamp.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 17, 2010. We started clearing when we had the warm spell before Christmas, but the real progress happened when the bulldozer showed up this week! We are clearing trails for walking, and clearing the underbrush in sections to run and play games. We also eventually want to have paintball. We had a great time stomping around and building forts. Great things are happening at New Creation - contact us to get in on the action! You can tell that our boys were loving the bulldozer!

New Creation Camp: Got Fish?
http://newcreationcamp.blogspot.com/2010/06/got-fish.html
Saturday, June 26, 2010. We have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of today. The leak in the pond is now fixed and all the rain in the spring did wonders at filling it back up again. Today was "Fish Day" at the Farmer's Co-op. "Fish Day" is a day, ever so often, that a big fish truck pulls into the parking lot at the co-op. And you stand in line in the very hot sun. And wait for the men to bag your fish. Apparently it is an odd thing to take a camera to fish day! This is a big deal for our little pond!
